Terms of service
Last updated: August 8, 2026.
1. The service
Tocoro VPN is a service operated by Svex Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using it you accept these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose: if something is unclear, that's our mistake — tell us.
2. Your account
Your account is a random number generated by the app. You're responsible for keeping it safe: whoever has the number has the account. If you didn't set a recovery email, we can't restore a lost account — we don't know which one is yours, by design.
3. Plans, payments, and refunds
- The service is prepaid. You can pay by card (Stripe) or QvaPay — topping up an account or buying a gift code — or redeem a prepaid code.
- Prepaid time simply runs out; nothing renews on its own.
- Card top-ups: if the service didn't work for you, you have 14 days from your first purchase to request a full refund; refunding removes the months it added.
- Gift codes bought on the site: refundable within the same 14 days as long as the code hasn't been redeemed — we void the code and return the money. Once redeemed there's no refund: the months already belong to whoever redeemed it.
- QvaPay payments: same rules, same windows. QvaPay has no automatic refunds, so we return the money by hand, as a QvaPay transfer — write to us.
- Prepaid codes: they're bearer instruments; once redeemed they're non-refundable. An unredeemed code doesn't expire.
- The free plan: 1 GB over 30 days, at no charge, claimed from the app with a Telegram account that has joined our channel — one plan per Telegram account, and renewal is manual. We may change or withdraw it at any time; paid time is never affected.
4. Acceptable use
We don't inspect your traffic and don't want to. Even so, you may not use Tocoro VPN to: send spam or run attacks (denial of service, mass scanning, breaking into other people's systems), exploit or harm minors, or conduct activities illegal under applicable law. We act on technical abuse signals and verifiable complaints — not by watching content.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do everything reasonable to keep it fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — blocking, provider outages, and maintenance exist.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect damages. In plain terms: take precautions appropriate to your risk — no VPN is an absolute guarantee.
7. Termination
You can leave whenever you want by deleting your account from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate section 4, with notice when possible.
8. Governing law
These terms are a contract between you and Svex Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and are governed by the laws of Florida.
9. Changes
We'll publish any change here with its date; substantial changes are additionally announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
