Why this exists.

Tocoro VPN is born from a simple conviction: no one should be spied on for reading, speaking, or gathering. Not the journalists who tell what others silence, not the activists, not religious or marginalized communities, not dissidents — and not you either, whether or not you have something "to hide". Privacy isn't suspicious; it's a right.

That's why Tocoro VPN was built backwards from the industry: first we decided what we did not want to know about you, then we designed the service around that void. No accounts with your name.
