How to apply

Write to [email protected] with two or three lines of context: who you are (in general terms) and why you need it.

• We don't ask for proof that puts you at risk.
• We don't need your real name. An email is enough — an alias works.
• We reply within a few days with a prepaid code ready to redeem in the app.

Organizations

An NGO, a newsroom, a collective? Write to us for bulk codes for your team or the people you support.

Confidentiality

Requests are deleted once resolved. The code you redeem is never linked to your message: your account is a random number like any other.

How it's funded

By paid subscriptions. Every paying account sustains the service for someone who can't pay. If you want to help directly, gift a prepaid code to someone who needs it — or write to us about sponsoring program accounts.
